Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings: 

Slots available will be mentioned on our instagram account @AdsOnlinePh. Posting of advertisements will always commence every next week's Monday/Saturday if fully paid and/or unless stated otherwise.

2. Rates:

a.  Regular Advertisement:

i. 5 POSTS - Monday to Friday (Posting once a day) - Php 100.00

ii. 10 POSTS - Monday to Friday (Posting 2x a day) - Php 150.00

iii. 15 POSTS - Monday to Friday (Posting 3x a day) - Php 220.00

iv. 6 POSTS - Saturday to Sunday (Posting 3x a day) - Php 250.00 

v. 7 PRIMETIME POSTS - Monday to Sunday (Posting once a day in between 5pm - 11pm) - Php 250.00

vi. 21 POSTS - Monday to Sunday (Posting 3x a day) - Php 400.00

b. Extended Advertisement (Posting commences every Monday):

i. 14 days Unlimited Posting - Php 550.00

ii. 21 days Unlimited Posting - Php 750.00

iii. 28 days Unlimited Posting - Php 950.00

iv. 56 days Unlimited Posting - Php 1,850.00

3. Advertisement Process:

Step 1. Once this form is submitted, wait for our confirmation within 24 hours via Email. Our confirmation is needed before proceeding with the payment for us to check and confirm the slots availed. 

Step 2. Once the slots had been confirmed, proceed with payment. Payment should be made strictly within two days after our confirmation. The slots availed will be reserved only for two days.

Step 3. Once payment is made, send a photo of the deposit slip or the details of proof of payment as well as all your advertisement photos via Email (STRICTLY NO PROOF OF PAYMENT, NO POSTING OF ADS). Wait for the confirmation of payment within 24 hours.

Step 4. Once payment is confirmed, we will send an email confirmation that we received your payment and photos. Then, just sit back, relax and wait for the booked start date as we will do the advertising for you by posting your advertisements on our instagram @AdsOnlinePh. Your account will be tagged on the first advertisement post as a signal that we have commenced the posting of your advertisement. 

4. Photo requirements:

a. For Regular Advertisement 
i. 5 POSTS, 6 POSTS and  7 PRIMETIME POSTS - Submit a maximum of FIVE photos with your watermark on each photo and in square format via email.
ii. 10 POSTS, 15 POSTS, 21 POSTS - Submit a maximum of EIGHT photos with your watermark on each photo and in square format via email.

b. For Extended Advertisement - Submit a maximum of TEN photos with your watermark on each photo via email.

c. Only PLEASANT and YOUR OWN photos will be accepted. Photos that are unpleasant or contains nudity/ illegal drugs/ screen captured from others and photos of celebrities* grabbed from the internet are not allowed.

*The use of celebrities/bloggers' photos are permitted subject to the condition that you will provide a proof that the celebrity is indeed endorsing your product/item and is referring to your online shop/ instagram account (e.g. the celebrity posted that product/ item in their account and tagged you).

5. Caption requirements:

Submit only ONE caption* meeting the following requirements:

a. For Instagram Online Shops:

i. less than or equal to 160 characters

ii. no emoticons

iii. no hashtags

iv. limit to 3 @ mentions

b. For Personal Accounts:

i. Item to sell

ii. Price

iii. Package

iv. Condition

v. Warranty

vi. Instagram username

vii. Contact number

6. Additional charges:

If unsure, please feel free to ask, send a query thru WeChat or Email before submitting this form. Once the form is submitted, the booking is final.

a. Any request to change the booking will be subjected to an additional charge of Php 100.00 per booking request.

b.  Any request to change or add photos and/or in the caption sent will be subjected to an additional charge of Php 100.00 per request.
